Momentive Software seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager who owns the technical strategy and platform evolution for a key product line. You think in platforms, shape scalable SaaS architecture, and use AI as core infrastructure to speed work.

This remote US-based role aligns Architecture and Engineering with business teams, owns the technical roadmap, and translates complex platform decisions into clear business impact, driving adoption, security, and performance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a software/SaaS environment with 4+ years in product management.
• Advanced understanding of networking, databases, APIs, microservices and cloud infra.
• Experience defining APIs, data contracts, integrations, and platform migrations.
• Strong Agile/SDLC knowledge and CI/CD practices.
• Proven use of AI tools in your workflow and ability to discuss impact clearly.
• Ability to craft strategy across products on 6–12 month horizons.

Aufgaben

• Create and own the technical product roadmap, covering new features, platform infra, debt remediation, security, and scaling.
• Understand platform architecture and how it ties to use cases, other products, and integrations.
• Translate needs into technical requirements and epics for Engineering, consolidating reusable capabilities.
• Align Architecture/Engineering with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and other functions.
• Triage and prioritize operational issues with Support impacting customers and the platform.
• Drive interface processes between Product and Architecture with clear handoffs.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and reliability; use data to guide investments.
• Act as Product Owner when needed with influence across teams.
• Use AI as core tools for research, analysis, communication, and decision making.
