Job summary

Toloka AI is seeking a Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across Toloka B2B products, including the Toloka platform and Tendem. You will own the end-to-end product funnel and lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams to scale existing platforms and introduce a bold new product for a global enterprise ecosystem.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, guiding ideation-to-launch, and measuring success with data.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
Experience navigating full product life cycle and translating customer feedback into requirements.
Proven track record building acquisition-activation-monetization funnels for early-stage products.
Strong data literacy; able to define metrics and read dashboards.
Excellent English communication to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Identify significant near- and long-term opportunities and define product strategies and roadmaps.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and optimization.
Define and analyze metrics; monitor product performance and drive improvement.
Drive product development with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.
Design and own the funnel from marketing through onboarding, activation, and payments.
