Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives across mobile, web, and desktop domains. You will own end-to-end product discovery, roadmap, and delivery with cross-functional partners in Engineering, Design, and Product Management.

As a world-class contributor, you will leverage data and user research to drive impact, build simple, scalable experiences, and mentor a distributed team in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of proven software product management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development and launch, even in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing and internal product experiences delivering measurable value.
• Define scope of new features and ongoing improvements; write and prioritize user stories.
