Job summary

Amplo, a remote-first company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution across the Amplo platform. You will partner with the CTO and cross-functional teams to turn company strategy into a prioritized, shipping roadmap, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven opportunities.

You will drive discovery with insurance brokers and agency operators, translate insights into actionable requirements, and lead AI strategy to deliver measurable customer value across the platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, senior or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated AI-native product instincts.
• Track record owning complex, multi-stakeholder product areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a platform-wide product roadmap.
• Lead discovery with brokers and operators; validate hypotheses.
• Write clear specs and collaborate closely with Engineering.
• Identify AI leverage areas and design AI-enabled features.
• Synthesize signals from Sales, CX, and Support into a coherent view.
• Set and track success metrics for shipped features.
