Job summary

Tango is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for a platform spanning documentation, in-app guidance, and automation. You'll be the product partner to a world-class design and engineering team, driving strategy with customer insights and data.

You’ll lead the MCP and AI platform work, shape rollout plans, and measure impact while reporting directly to our CEO and collaborating with the co-founders. This is a remote role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product roles with scale experience.
• Proven ability to gather customer insights and translate them into strategy.
• Fluent in product analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design and engineering.
• Experience leading AI-powered or MCP initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Steer the roadmap for Tango's platform including documentation, in-app guidance, and automation.
• Lead MCP and AI platform work and define rollout plans.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure product strategy is executed.
• Define success metrics and drive post-launch analysis.
