WRITER is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to shape the next chapter of our AI-powered work platform. You will report to the VP of Product and act as a force multiplier, setting direction across multiple product areas and squads while ensuring shipping excellence.

You will blend customer empathy, technical depth, and business judgment to translate evolving AI capabilities into products customers love, and you will mentor other PMs while aligning stakeholders across GTM, sales, and customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience shipping complex SaaS or AI products.
• Autonomous, multi-team leadership in ambiguous spaces.
• Customer-obsessive approach with deep user understanding.
• Technical credibility with engineers on LLMs and data.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with relentless execution.
• Exceptional cross-audience communication.
• Mentor and builder mindset with data-driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end from discovery to launch and iteration across squads.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap with VP of Product and leadership.
• Engage enterprise buyers and users to uncover needs and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on requirements and tradeoffs for LLMs and data.
• Align stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, marketing, and exec leadership.
• Define and track success metrics and report outcomes to leadership.
• Mentor PMs and promote rigorous, customer-obsessed product craft.
