Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager for the Hyperforce platform to build scalable IaaS/PaaS capabilities, apply AI to user pain points, and optimize compute infrastructure while controlling costs.

You will engage customers and partners to shape roadmaps, prototype new capabilities, and present Salesforce as a domain expert at events and in communities. A technical degree and outstanding collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management or Solution Architect experience.
• Technical depth in IaaS/PaaS, containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability.
• Proficiency in AI and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL).
• Experience building rich user experiences, KPIs, and self-service platform automation.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product capabilities and prototypes.
• A technical degree in software engineering.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategic platform capabilities, including resource optimization using IaaS/PaaS and related technologies.
• Apply AI to identify pain points, maturity gaps, and build product concepts and ops.
• Engage customers and partners to shape roadmaps and gather feedback.
• Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry events, and communities.
