Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager for the Hyperforce team, with a builder mindset and a passion for platform & infrastructure-as-a-service, developer experience, and applying AI to solve hard problems like scaling, resource optimization and availability.

You will own strategic platform capabilities, translate customer needs into product concepts, engage with customers and partners to shape roadmaps, and represent Salesforce as a domain expert at events and in communities.

Qualifications

8+ years PM or similar experience.
Technical depth in IaaS/PaaS, containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability.
Proficiency with AI and data analytics tools (eg. SQL).
PM experience in rich UX, KPIs for user journey, and platform automation for self-service.
Prototyping experience and ability to translate customer needs into capabilities.
Technical degree in Software Engineering.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve strategic platform capabilities, including resource optimization using IaaS/PaaS and open-source tech.
Apply AI to understand pain-points, close maturity gaps in scaling/availability, build concepts and product ops.
Engage customers and partners to shape roadmaps and gather feedback.
Represent Salesforce as a domain/product expert at customer interactions, events, and communities.
