Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager for the Hyperforce team with a strong builder mindset to scale compute infrastructure and optimize resources. You will own platform capabilities, apply AI to improve scaling and availability, and engage customers to refine roadmaps.

You’ll work with open-source tech, Kubernetes, and cloud services to deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions, while communicating with stakeholders across Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years minimum of Product Management, Solution Architect or similar experience.
• Technical depth in IaaS/PaaS, containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability.
• Proficiency with AI and data analytics tools (SQL).
• Experience in developing rich user experiences and platform automation for self-service.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product capabilities.
• A technical degree, preferably in Software Engineering.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and innovate platform capabilities, focusing on resource optimization using IaaS/PaaS and OSS.
• Apply AI to understand pain-points and growth gaps, build concepts and product ops.
• Engage with customers/partners to roadmap capabilities and gather feedback.
• Represent Salesforce as a domain/product expert at events and in communities.
