Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager for the Hyperforce team to drive infrastructure-as-a-service platform capabilities and improve scalability and efficiency. You will leverage AI to address user pain points, define product concepts, and lead product ops across engagement with customers and partners.

You will collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver self-service experiences, KPIs, and a clear strategy. A strong technical degree and 8+ years in product roles are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Solution Architect or similar experience.
• Technical depth in infrastructure/platform-as-a-service and containers/Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with AI and data analytics tools (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Own and innovate platform capabilities, focusing on resource optimization and scalable infrastructure.
• Apply AI to identify pain points, gaps in scaling/availability, and translate into product concepts.
• Engage with customers and partners to roadmap capabilities and gather feedback.
• Represent Salesforce as a domain expert at events and in customer interactions.
