Snowflake’s Observe team seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the product roadmap for Logs, Metrics, Traces, Data Management, and AI integrations. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, and platform teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions at enterprise scale.

You will influence strategy through deep customer empathy, own prioritization, and drive adoption while navigating the complexities of integration and cost-efficiency in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM experience, including infrastructure, developer tools, or observability platforms.
• Deep familiarity with observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces, APM, alerts).
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming ingest, and open standards.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product roadmap for observability areas; set strategy and prioritize.
• Lead enterprise customer discovery to translate pain points into product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, GTM, and platform teams to execute plans and integrations (Cortex AI, Iceberg, Snowflake Intelligence).
• Represent product in high-stakes situations to customers, partners, and leadership with PRDs and strategy presentations.
• Drive 0-to-1 and 1-to-N initiatives and turn patterns into scalable product offerings.
