Job summary

Amazon Talent Solutions is seeking a Sr Product Manager Tech to define the product experience for Talent Management, connecting multiple domains and coordinating across six engineering teams. You will influence Directors and VPs on tradeoffs and build cross-organizational partnerships to deliver a platform for Amazon's corporate growth.

You will lead end-to-end strategy for AI-native evaluations and cross-team alignment, shaping a cohesive, scalable talent platform for Amazonians worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and roadmap for ITDS's unified talent evaluation solution.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience strategy, focusing on growth, development, and recognition for Amazonians.
• Design flexible solutions that meet diverse needs across Amazon business lines.
• Lead product strategy for AI-native capabilities like AI-driven talent insights and intelligent automation.
• Coordinate across multiple engineering teams and product domains to deliver cohesive platform architecture.
• Represent ITDS in VP-level forums and influence resource allocation and priorities.
