Job summary

Genius AI (HearstLab) is seeking a product leader to own end-to-end execution of AI-powered experiences. You will shape the roadmap with bold bets grounded in market insight and customer needs, and work closely with Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to maintain high velocity.

You will iterate rapidly, analyze outcomes, and use data to pivot. A track record of shipping AI-powered features and strong collaboration with engineers and designers is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at high-growth tech companies with multi-user products.
• Shipped AI or ML-powered features or redesigned team processes around AI tooling.
• Preference for candidates who take action, set direction, ship, and iterate.
• Strong product instincts: understand user problems and business opportunities, with a clear vision.
• Comfortable in technical discussions with engineers and designers; speaks their language.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product execution from concept to launch with urgency and precision.
• Design and ship AI-native experiences, including agentic teammates for customers.
• Shape the roadmap with bold bets grounded in market insight and business impact.
