Genius AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product execution and shape AI-native experiences. You will work on bold bets grounded in market insight and customer needs, leading cross-functional teams to ship quickly and iterate based on data.

You will report to the Head of Core Product, work in-person in NYC, and help Genius AI expand into new markets while maintaining high velocity and a strong customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience at high-growth technology companies with multi-user or collaborative products.
• Shipped AI/ML-powered features or redesigned decision-making around AI tooling with a clear POV.

• Own end-to-end product execution from zero to one, taking ideas from concept to launch.
• Design and ship AI-native experiences and define what AI means for your product area.
• Shape the roadmap with bold, well-reasoned bets grounded in market insight and customer needs.
• Ship fast and iterate on a weekly cadence, analyzing results and pivoting based on data.
• Understand market and competition to keep Genius AI ahead as new categories emerge.
• Align Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics around ambitious goals and move at velocity.
• Build systems using AI to automate research synthesis, analysis, and delivery for scalable impact.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and learnings clearly to executives and frontline teams.
