Zusammenfassung

Valon is seeking a Product Strategist to shape the development of its SaaS servicing platform and own rollout with enterprise clients. You will drive engagements with customers from initial pitch to implementation and post-launch success, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role blends project management, problem-solving, and strategic collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
Direct experience managing the technical and operational implementation of a new servicing system.
Prior Foreclosure & Bankruptcy experience preferred.
Client-facing experience.

Aufgaben

Act as a mortgage servicing SME to shape business requirements for product features.
Engage with clients across deployment—from sales demos to enablement to product support.
Educate clients on how to use Valon's system effectively.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ops to translate feedback into feature requests and platform improvements.
Travel approximately 25–50% to support client implementations.
