Valon is seeking a Product Strategist to shape the development of its SaaS servicing platform and own rollout with enterprise clients. You will drive engagements from opening sales pitches to implementation and post-launch success, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This hybrid role blends project management, problem solving, and strategic collaboration. You will travel 25-50% to support client implementations and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Direct experience implementing a new servicing system.
• Experience with Foreclosure & Bankruptcy preferred.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape development of Valon's SaaS servicing platform.
• Own rollout with enterprise clients from sales to post-launch.
