Job summary

Litmos is hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to own programs that help customers realize more value from Litmos, driving adoption, expansion, and stronger relationships. You will partner with Customer Success and GTM Ops to translate customer needs into timely, relevant programs and leverage AI as a core tool.

You will segment customers, build targeted campaigns, and equip teams with compelling value narratives to support ongoing retention and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful time in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or expansion/retention programs.

Responsibilities

• Own customer marketing programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Segment the customer base to identify where Litmos solutions could address needs.
• Build campaigns that add value without feeling like sales pitches.
• Equip customer-facing teams with value narratives, campaigns, and assets.
• Measure engagement, adoption, and expansion pipeline influenced by your programs.
• Partner with Customer Success to turn health signals into targeted programs.
• Develop lifecycle campaigns that reinforce value and retention before renewal.
• Create communications for at-risk segments as part of retention strategy.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and messaging for retention initiatives.
• Test approaches across segments and adjust based on results.
