Job summary

Litmos, backed by Francisco Partners, is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to own programs that drive adoption, expansion, and retention. You’ll partner with customer-facing teams and GTM Ops to translate customer needs into timely, relevant campaigns and embrace AI as a core part of how you work.

Litmos helps organizations scale learning by combining an intuitive platform with trusted content, services, and an ecosystem of integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful time in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or expansion/retention programs.
• Demonstrated impact on a business outcome — expansion pipeline, upsell revenue, net revenue retention, or churn.
• Comfort segmenting customer data and operating across a marketing automation platform and CRM.
• Strong collaborator with Customer Success; able to translate customer signals into marketing action.
• Bias toward action—comfortable moving fast in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build customer growth programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Segment the customer base to identify where Litmos solutions could address emerging needs.
• Create campaigns that add value without being overly salesy.
• Equip Customer-facing teams with narratives, campaigns, and assets for expansion.
• Measure engagement, adoption, and expansion pipeline influenced by your programs.
