Job summary

FabFitFun, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI and Internal Tools, to join our Product and Engineering team. The role centers on retooling internal workflows across buying, merchandising, inventory, billing, customer support, pricing, fraud, and CRM with AI.

You will work with operators, engineers, and leadership to define an AI-first roadmap, build tools that prove the case, and ship solutions from warehouse to app for faster, smarter operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management.
• 4+ years shipping e-commerce, operations tooling, or subscription commerce products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years building tools operators use daily, admin panels, workflow automation, ops dashboards.
• Experience shipping working prototypes with Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or n8n; bring a demo, not a spec.
• Comfort build-vs-buy calls across the modern AI stack.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and where AI can improve.Turn insights into a focused AI roadmap for internal tools.
• Build internal tools balancing proven AI playbooks with innovative bets.
• Monitor AI tooling to adopt best patterns before competitors notice them.
• Prioritize simple, valuable internal tools across business units.
