Job summary

FabFitFun is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI and Internal Tools, to join our Product and Engineering team. This remote role (USA) prefers candidates in the Los Angeles area and focuses on retooling workflows with AI across ecommerce operations, billing, support, pricing, and CRM.

You will lead with operators and engineers to define a clear AI-enabled roadmap, ship internal tools, and mentor teammates while expanding AI capabilities that scale the P&L.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management.
• 4+ years shipping e-commerce, operations tooling, or subscription commerce products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years building tools operators use daily, admin panels, workflow automation, ops dashboards.
• Proven ability to ship prototypes with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or n8n.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs and bottlenecks.
• Translate insights into a focused AI-enabled product roadmap.
• Build internal tools for operators balancing AI playbooks with practicality.
• Prioritize features to improve P&L and operational efficiency.
• Write pragmatic specs and prototypes to move from idea to working solution.
