Job summary

Verizon Business is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the AI Connect Infrastructure and Networking Product team in Cary, NC. You will drive growth from market discovery to commercial scale, partnering with product, network engineering, finance, and legal to ensure technically deliverable, revenue-generating solutions.

You will own the growth roadmap across hyperscalers and data centers, develop scalable commercial models, and manage cross-functional collaboration to convert Verizon assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in technology and/or telecommunications.
• Experience in the AI infrastructure market, fiber networks and optical services, data centers, interconnection.
• Experience originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing large, complex, multi-year commercial or partnership agreements.
• Experience with business models and/or business cases for infrastructure or connectivity services.
• Experience with Business-to-Business partnerships, enterprise sales, or corporate development.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Execution: Lead the 0-to-1 growth lifecycle to align AI Connect revenue objectives.
• Data-Driven Market Growth: Analyze the AI infrastructure landscape to optimize the product go-to-market funnel and segments.
• Ecosystem Product Strategy: Define and manage the growth roadmap across hyperscalers, data centers, operators, and partners.
• Growth Modeling & Commercialization: Develop scalable commercial models for optical and fiber-based services.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Network Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Sales teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with executives, external partners, and customers as a credible Verizon AI Connect representative.
• Performance Measurement: Track KPIs such as pipeline value, signed contract value, revenue conversion, and partner health.
• Technology & Market Fluency: Understand fiber products, DWDM, data centers, and AI workloads for credible conversations.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years work experience

MBA and/or Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, CS
