Job summary

Balto seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a product area, lead strategy and roadmap, and drive features end-to-end. You will work cross-functionally to establish Balto's leadership in AI-powered product lines while shipping measurable business value.

This fully remote role offers senior autonomy, room to scale, and collaboration with a smart, AI-obsessed team. You will influence not just features but outcomes for customers and Balto.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of creating real business value for customers and the company.
• Experience crafting high-level vision and communicating it organization-wide.
• Strong ability to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Comfortable working at the API/data technical level.
• Hands-on with agile development: breaking vision into milestones and prioritizing backlog.

Responsibilities

• Lead net-new products from concept to launch across a product suite.
• Define strategy and roadmap to establish leadership in the market.
• Tie product bets to measurable customer and company outcomes.
• Develop deep understanding of target customers and competitive landscape.
• Create user stories and product requirements for designers and engineers.
• Prioritize features to achieve strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, CS, and support to launch and drive success.
• Collect and analyze data to measure product success and inform insights.
• May mentor other product team members.
