Job summary

Balto is a fast-growing AI company seeking an Implementation Manager to lead technical onboarding and deployment for new customers. You’ll manage six to ten concurrent projects, coordinating with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales and Engineering to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You’ll own integrations (SSO, CRM, data exports), troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as a post‑sales escalation point. This is a full‑time remote role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in implementation or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with multi-project management ability.
• Able to explain tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project tools (ChurnZero).

Responsibilities

• Lead six to ten concurrent customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Own technical integration of Balto with customer environments (softphone, email, chat, SMS).
• Coordinate SSO, CRM integrations, and data exports as needed.
• Serve as Balto's technical expert during implementation and troubleshooting.
• Lead customer-facing implementation meetings and trainings.
• Provide clear status updates and meeting summaries to stakeholders.
• Maintain implementation records in Asana and Salesforce.
• Track project status and proactively communicate risks or blockers.
• Act as post-sales escalation point for Technical Support.
• Collaborate with Engineering to investigate bugs and complex issues.
• Support re-implementations when customers change environments.
