Job summary

Candid is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the core platform that drives all products, including SaaS tools, APIs, and AI workflows. You will collaborate closely with product teams to define the roadmap, ensure scalability, and lead platform architecture decisions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of product management experience, particularly with data-driven SaaS products, and a deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies. The position is remote but requires some in-person attendance throughout the year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex, data-driven SaaS products.
• Deep familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience with B2B subscription products and payment processing systems.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS or equivalent).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own core global platform features and services across Candid's product catalog.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with other teams.
• Lead platform architecture decisions with engineering to ensure scalability.
• Define and enforce platform standards and shared services.
• Lead product discovery with engineering, design, and data.
