Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Operations to scale our platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, from discovery through launch, in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

In this role, you will mentor engineers, translate complex capabilities into user-facing experiences, and base decisions on data and user research. Resumes must be in English; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of software product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery to launch.
• Experience launching mobile, desktop, and web applications.
• Knowledge of AI product development processes.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with distributed teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing and internal product experiences.
• Define the scope of new product features and ongoing improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Establish and maintain credibility with internal and external partners.
• Use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction.
• Track progress, assess risks, and communicate mitigations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to assess opportunities and risks.
• Own and solve complex product challenges aligned with short- and long-term goals.
• Apply systems analysis and consult with users to determine specifications.
