Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Junior Product Manager to own a product area end to end—from discovery to delivery. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ship products that customers love and drive measurable business results.

Work inside an agentic PM loop where AI agents handle analysis, summarizing feedback and drafting artifacts, enabling you to focus on customer empathy, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping B2B SaaS products.
• Strong product craft across discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, PRD writing, and success metrics.
• Customer- and data-driven decision making backed by insights and analytics.
• Agentic mindset: comfortable working with AI agents to augment product work.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Sales, and CS.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to articulate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area: define vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to goals and customer needs.
• Drive discovery: run user research, discovery, and data-informed analysis to identify problems.
• Define and prioritize: write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, maintain backlog.
• Ship and iterate: collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver on cadence and measure outcomes.
• Go to market: coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and CS on positioning, launch, and adoption.
• Communicate clearly: keep stakeholders informed on priorities and progress.
