Manifest is seeking Senior Product Managers to own direction, roadmap, and prioritization for core areas of the platform. You will translate customer and business insights into clear product direction and lead end-to-end delivery with engineering and design teams.

Ideal candidates will be fluent with AI-assisted tools, shape user workflows, and drive high-quality product experiences in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.

Qualifications

• Significant Product Management experience in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment.
• Track record owning roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for meaningful product areas.
• Strong product judgment to move from ambiguous problems to clear direction.
• Clear, actionable product specs and strong written communication.
• Measurement-driven with defined success metrics and quantitative impact.
• Fluency in AI-assisted product work using tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and product outcomes for one or more areas.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, their businesses, and the tours/activities industry.
• Lead discovery with customers, internal stakeholders, support, sales, and GTM partners.
• Translate problems, goals, and complexity into clear product direction.
• Define requirements, success metrics, scope, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with engineering to shape high-quality solutions and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers on user flows and UI polish.
• Use AI-assisted tools and prototypes to clarify ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Raise UX quality, especially where no dedicated Product Designer exists.
• Create artifacts: problem statements, briefs, specs, diagrams, acceptance criteria, release notes.
