HelloFresh serves millions of customers weekly and is seeking a Senior PM II on the Personalization Experience team in Berlin. You will own the experiences that make the personalization vision real, from data collection to user-facing moments that build trust.

This high-autonomy role sits at the intersection of UX, engineering, and ML systems, shaping the roadmap for 12–18 months and delivering impact at scale.

Competenze

• 5+ years of PM experience focused on personalization or data-collection products.
• Experience shipping for end customers and downstream data consumers.
• Translate complex algorithms into clear specs for engineers.
• Collaborate across engineering, design and product partners.
• Design experiments and make data-driven decisions.

Mansioni

• Own and iterate on the food profile collection to power personalization.
• Build transparency features explaining why meals are chosen.
• Serve as the clean interface between signals and experiences at scale.
• Leverage GenAI tools to speed discovery-to-decision cycles.
• Plan 12–18 month strategy and sequencing for the domain.
