Faire is seeking a Product Manager to own Personalization end-to-end, shaping the recommendation and ranking systems that power retailer discovery. You will work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to translate algorithmic work into a clear roadmap that drives retailer experiences and business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience including senior IC or staff ownership of a technical product area.
• Direct experience shipping recommendation, ranking, or personalization systems.
• Strong business judgment with tough prioritization across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own Personalization's roadmap and strategy end-to-end for discovery across surfaces.
• Understand retailer needs and use research to surface high-impact opportunities.
• Partner with ML engineers on model tradeoffs and improvements.
• Co-create roadmaps with data science, engineering, and other product partners.
• Prioritize across collaboration opportunities from other teams for Personalization.
• Be accountable for ambitious goals visible to senior leadership.
• Build credibility with leadership as an expert on Faire's algorithms and business impact.
• Serve as go-to product leader for ambiguous, high-stakes problems in Discovery algorithms.
