Job summary

Faire is seeking a Product Manager to own Personalization end-to-end, focusing on recommendation and ranking systems that power discovery for retailers across surfaces. You will work closely with ML engineers to balance model tradeoffs and translate insights into a clear product roadmap, then scale with a second PM as scope grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with senior IC or Staff-level ownership of a technical product area.
• Direct experience shipping recommendation, ranking, or personalization systems.
• Strong business judgment with track record of tough prioritization across multiple stakeholder teams.
• Experience splitting execution responsibility with partner teams on shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Own Personalization's roadmap and strategy end-to-end for recommendation and ranking systems.
• Build deep understanding of retailer needs and discovery behaviors using qualitative and quantitative research.
• Partner with ML engineers on model and system tradeoffs and improvements.
• Co-create roadmaps with data science, engineering, and other product partners to align algo and engineering work.
• Prioritize across collaboration opportunities from other teams for Personalization.
• Be directly accountable for ambitious goals that gain visibility at the highest levels.
