Job summary

Velora is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own cross-product and platform work across Velora, the capabilities and experiences that span Aplos, Raisely, Keela, grant management, Velora Home, and Mission Assistant.

This is a senior IC role where you’ll create clarity in ambiguity, own complex initiatives end‑to‑end with minimal oversight, and partner with Engineering, Data, and GTM while using AI to drive customer impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in SaaS, ideally B2B, owning products end to end from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Experience launching several significant product initiatives, not just backlog work.
• Hands-on AI product experience with real examples of AI features or prototypes you built or shipped.

Responsibilities

• Own Mission Assistant and cross‑product initiatives end to end, from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Shape the Mission Assistant roadmap across Aplos, Raisely, Keela, and grant management, coordinating dependencies with other product owners.
• Lead customer research into nonprofit workflows and translate insights into focused bets, not feature lists.
• Define success metrics up front, instrument impact, and close the loop after launch.
