Job summary

Vehlo is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the customer-facing data, analytics and insights portfolio end to end. This senior, hands-on role reports to the SVP of Product and drives the commercial model and tiering strategy across products.

You will lead AI-powered insights, unify analytics across Vehlo products, and develop data quality and trust as core outcomes for customers. This is a high-visibility role with significant cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS data products, analytics.
• Experience owning customer-facing analytics: reporting, dashboards, or embedded analytics that paying customers rely on.

Responsibilities

• Build new AI-powered insight products from zero to one, integrated in the workflow.
• Own premium analytics product line end to end: reporting, dashboards, alerts, and NLP reporting.
• Create a unified analytics experience across Vehlo footprint.
• Deliver data beyond dashboards: APIs, MCP surfaces, exports, and BI connectors.
• Define semantic layer and metrics across products with consistent definitions.
• Shape pricing, packaging, and unit economics, including cost-to-serve per location.
• Develop benchmarking and market intelligence products from repair data.
• Ensure data quality and customer trust as product outcomes.
