Job summary

OpenLoop is hiring a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead one or more product domains across patient care, client experience, platform reliability, and data & AI. You will shape strategy with the VP of Product, set a multi-year vision, and drive initiatives that impact multiple teams and partners nationwide.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, mentor PMs, and build AI-powered features with rigorous validation and monitoring.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience at Staff level or equivalent.
Startup or high-growth experience with shifting priorities.
Demonstrated product leadership influencing senior leaders.
Proven ability to align engineering, design and business teams around a shared plan.
Strong partnership with engineering and design; understand technical constraints.
Experience tying product work to business outcomes (revenue, retention, cost).
Ability to tell a compelling product vision to engineers, customers and executives.

Responsibilities

Set the vision. Define where your domain needs to be in 12-24 months, and the sequence to get there.
Inspire and align. Turn strategy into a narrative the whole company can repeat.
Own outcomes, not output. Tie your roadmap to measurable results and be accountable.
Define success. Set 3-5 metrics and review them with leadership.
Lead without authority. Drive decisions across engineering, design, data, clinical, operations and go-to-market.
Build AI that earns its place. Ship AI with human review, evals before launch and monitoring.
