Whole Foods Market is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy for intelligent automation, forecasting models, and the data foundations that connect them. You’ll influence merchant decisions and partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams across Amazon and WFM.

You will lead AI-driven capabilities, drive adoption, and ensure successful cross-team delivery in a fast-moving retail environment. This role focuses on improving planning and forecasting for category managers.

Formación

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered merchant intelligence tools, including adoption strategy, capability governance, and merchant enablement.
• Lead cross-functional execution of forecasting model migration: defining success criteria, orchestrating data readiness, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving go/no-go decisions.
• Drive data integration and catalog harmonization initiatives across multiple systems and organizations, resolving complex upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Define product requirements for new analytical capabilities, including store clustering, category intelligence, and assortment optimization, from problem framing through OP1 commitment.
• Earn merchant trust through direct engagement: translating technical capabilities into business value, validating solutions in the field, and building feedback loops that inform the roadmap.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape spanning product, engineering, supply chain, UX, and merchandising organizations across both Amazon and Whole Foods Market.
