Job summary

Amazon seeks a Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Worldwide Grocery Stores to drive adoption of AI products across internal teams and to lead enterprise AI initiatives. You will shape strategy, define KPIs, and scale AI-enabled workflows within a fast-paced retail tech environment.

You will partner with Location, Strategy & Analytics to ensure alignment with business goals, own product decisions, and guide engineers on technology choices while delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience presenting to executives and prioritizing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own evangelization, measurement, and go-to-market plans for internal AI agents.
• Drive adoption of 1P AI products across internal customers.
• Create marketing materials communicating AI product value.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and build AI agents to address them.
• Define, track, and report KPIs for product success and impact.
• Identify use cases across Amazon to extend AI product value.
• Train internal teams on AI tools and workflows.
