Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the WW Grocery Stores FP&A organization and senior leadership to deliver planning reports, drive strategic projects, and identify cost-saving opportunities. The role emphasizes automation and building solutions that leverage AI and data infrastructure.

The successful candidate will consolidate inputs from finance partners, communicate insights to senior leaders, and help shape long-term planning for grocery, omni-channel, and new physical store

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Support planning cycles across rest-of-year, 1-year, 3-year and 10-year horizons with financials and P&Ls.
• Drive strategic projects across Amazon Grocery banners.
• Provide insight for decision-making and financial planning.
• Analyze and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Support WW Amazon Stores Finance and Corporate FP&A in communicating plans to leadership and Board.
• Develop the team’s vision and cultivate top talent.
