Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate on the Customer Insights team within Payments Data & Analytics to drive product development and optimization guided by user research and customer feedback.

You will own day-to-day product execution, prioritize analytics use cases, manage ad-hoc projects, and ensure stakeholders receive timely, actionable insights while exploring AI-powered features from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
Experience in lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Technical expertise in data analytics (SQL or Python) and ability to analyze data for decision making.
Management consulting skills: problem solving, impact orientation, business understanding, program management, executive presence, top-down communication, presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product strategies.
Demonstrated leadership to drive cross-team collaboration and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Apply rigorous prioritization to balance demands and maximize product impact.
Experience delivering products on time and within budget.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and translating them into product features.

Responsibilities

Build AI conversational analytics to deploy AI into product across digital channels.
Identify new product opportunities reflecting customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience.
Support collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform strategic roadmaps.
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the development life cycle.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Establish KPIs/OKRs and instrumentation to measure usage, satisfaction, and impact; run experiments to improve engagement.
Push product initiatives to market including alternative data delivery and AI capabilities.
Assist in achieving sales targets and commercialization by analyzing client targets and competitive intelligence.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Champion customer-centric design and feedback loops to refine and enhance offerings.
