Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Technical expertise in data analytics (SQL or Python).
• Management consulting skillset (problem solving, impact orientation, business understanding, program management, executive presence, top down communication).
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build AI conversational analyst to deploy AI into product across digital channels.
• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities from user research.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Support collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics across life cycle to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and instrumentation; run experiments to improve adoption.
