Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or related domain experience.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle.

• Ability to analyze data using SQL or Python for decisions.
• Consulting skills: problem solving and executive communication.
• Strong business acumen to translate data insights into strategy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build AI conversational analytics to deploy AI into products across digital channels.
• Partner with PM to identify product opportunities via user research.
• Plan upstream/downstream implications of new features on experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis informing roadmaps.
• Analyze and evaluate product metrics across life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories for development.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and instrumentation; run experiments and A/B tests.
• Manage modules and workstreams to push initiatives to market.
• Support sales goals, commercialization through client targeting and events.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing for delivery.
• Champion customer-centric design and feedback loops to refine offerings.
