Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in system integrations and APIs.
• Exposure to AI tools and models and how they drive value in workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development with engineering, design, and sales/solutions.
• Ability to draft clear requirements, user stories, and use cases from structured discovery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for core logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and solutions teams to design and launch features.
• Lead product discovery with customers, internal teams, and market research.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including scoping and validation.
• Work with customers and solutions engineers to develop use cases and validate requirements.
• Build and refine product documentation, enablement materials, and value narratives.
• Drive analytics and reporting to measure adoption and identify improvements.
• Stay hands-on with AI advancements and test models with real-world use cases.
• Serve as a product evangelist with customers, partners, and at industry events.
