Job summary

Nash seeks a Senior Data Scientist to shape data products in a fast-growing logistics platform. You will drive analytics from problem framing through production, touching pricing, dispatch, routing, and forecasting while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and leadership.

You’ll build scalable ML models, data pipelines, and decision systems that directly impact cost, reliability, and on-time delivery for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of production ML projects.
• Strong Python and SQL with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake preferred.
• Experience deploying models through APIs or real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities across pricing, dispatch, ETA, routing, and marketplace balancing.
• Own DS initiatives from discovery through production and measurement.
• Build production data pipelines and model integrations.
• Partner with engineers to deploy models via APIs or real-time decision systems.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, monitoring, experimentation, and A/B testing.
