Job summary

Nash is seeking a Product Designer at the intersection of UX and design engineering to craft real-time, AI-native logistics interfaces. You will work with dispatchers, ops managers, and drivers, shipping prototypes and evolving a design system within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will collaborate with engineers and sales, validating customer needs and shaping workflows for an agentic AI-powered product. This role blends web and mobile work in a hands-on, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product / UX design experience with shipped work in complex products.
• Proven B2B product experience — complex workflows, data-dense interfaces.
• Strong discovery skills: get to real customer problems quickly and show how research shaped decisions.
• Component-based thinking: atomic design and frontend mapping.
• Technical fluency — comfortable working with engineers and reading a design token file.
• Active, daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools in design workflow.
• Bias for fast iteration: ship multiple rough rounds, not one polished big-bang.
• Clear communication in English; comfortable presenting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Discover and validate customer needs — interviews, feedback analysis, synthesis into design decisions.
• Design dense, operational web UI: dispatch workspaces, routing, agents, order management, real-time views, data visualization.
• Create concepts and prototypes rapidly — in Figma or in code, using AI tools as core workflow.
• Prepare and run client-facing demos; present, persuade, and defend design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system (components, tokens, variables).
• Drive the agentic AI approach in the product experience — make AI-first workflows feel native for logistics operators.
• Work day-to-day inside engineering teams: refine scope, resolve feasibility trade-offs, ensure quality.
