Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software, with 3+ years in Product Management/Owner
- SaaS environment experience
- Full SDLC and Agile knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
- Proven execution of product strategies from market needs to delivery
- Backlog management: epics, user stories, prioritization
- Customer-first mindset with client partnerships to deliver value
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of defined product strategies aligned with the product vision
- Act as secondary customer contact, reflecting needs in delivery
- Evangelize product releases to internal and external audiences
- Ensure releases meet intended outcomes and customer needs
- Translate roadmap features into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
- Mitigate roadblocks impacting release/sprint goals
- Collaborate with scrum and dev teams to meet objectives
- Lead design of product functionality based on user needs
- Lead demos and create/maintain product documentation
