Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong experience with APIs, backend systems, or platform integrations.
• Comfortable jumping between code, customer problems, and architecture decisions.
• Bias toward speed, iteration, and ownership.
• Clear communicator who can work directly with operators, CTOs, and execs.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production systems used by enterprise retailers.
• Take products from concept through live customer deployments.
• Extend logistics infrastructure and debug workflows across fleets, APIs, and integrations.
• Design and extend core infrastructure underpinning global delivery orchestration.
• Partner with product and AI teams to influence direction across North America.
• Debug real-world logistics workflows across fleets, APIs, and integrations.
