Job summary

Nash is seeking a Product Designer at the intersection of UX and design engineering—someone who deeply understands users, discovers customer needs, and ships a working prototype, not just a static mock.

You’ll design dense, real-time web and mobile interfaces for dispatchers, ops managers, and drivers; collaborate with engineering and sales to capture first‑hand customer needs and bring them back into the product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of shipped product/UX design experience.
• Proven B2B product experience with data-dense interfaces.
• Strong discovery skills: uncover real customer problems quickly.
• Component-based thinking and frontend implementation awareness.
• Technical fluency and collaboration with engineers.
• Active daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools.
• Clear communication in English; able to present to clients.
• Bias for fast iteration and delivering quick rough rounds.

Responsibilities

• Discover and validate customer needs through interviews and analysis.
• Design dense, operational web UI for dispatch and real-time views.
• Create concepts and prototypes rapidly using Figma and code.
• Prepare and run client-facing demos and defend design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system with components and tokens.
• Drive agentic AI approaches to make AI-native workflows feel native.
• Work closely with engineering teams to refine scope and feasibility.
