QuoteWell is building an AI-native work orchestration platform for insurance placement. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform roadmap, partner with embedded FDEs, and collaborate with customers, engineers, and design while reporting to the Head of Product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning an end-to-end product area.
• Demonstrated product taste with shipped work improving the product.
• Comfort owning delivery and customer success in a managed-service model.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and high agency in an early-stage platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, engineers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic placement roadmap end-to-end and be accountable for customer outcomes.
• Partner with FDEs to translate field learnings into product decisions.
• Define metrics that show platform engagement and success.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to develop and ship features.
• Make prioritization calls and own the outcomes.
• Define how AI should appear in workflows and handoffs between automation and humans.
• Maintain high quality through taste and craft.
