Job summary

FurtherAI is hiring a Founding Product Manager to own the product function from the ground up. You will define product scope with the founders, translate vision into actionable plans, and shape how AI agents operate in insurance workflows.

You will sit with brokers, underwriters, and carriers to uncover real pain points and turn them into a product people trust, guiding a high-ownership team toward high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product at early-stage/high-growth companies.
• Track record shipping products that transform professional workflows.
• Technical enough to earn engineers' trust and reason about agents/LLMs.
• Deep intuition for LLMs and turning AI into usable product.
• Strong discovery skills to separate stated needs from real requirements.
• Excellent written communication and crisp specs.
• Builder mentality with high ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define what product means at FurtherAI; scope, decide, and ship, and grow the team.
• Own product direction with the founders and translate vision into a plan.
• Define the future of AI in insurance and how agents behave within workflows.
• Understand insurance workflows by sitting with brokers/underwriters/carries and translate into product.
• Keep the team focused on high-impact work and define success metrics.
• Set quality and taste standards across shipped product.
