Job summary

Pushpay is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Nashville to own outcomes across Donor Management, Church Management (ChMS), Integrations, Apps, or Partnerships. You will collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver features, shape packaging, and drive customer value while leveraging AI-assisted tools and Jira/Confluence for delivery.

The role combines hands-on ownership with coaching, working with global teams and supporting AI-enabled product development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience in SaaS/fintech or related fields.
• Proven success delivering end-to-end features within cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or partnerships.
• Exposure to payments, tokenisation or fintech ecosystems preferred.
• Hands-on AI in product development and workflow automation.
• Agile experience; proficient with Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for your charter and balance customer value with business goals.
• Drive discovery with customers and stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver features with quality and on time.
• Support launches, GTM enablement, and user adoption with Marketing and Sales.
• Assist with packaging and pricing aligned to product tiers.
• Develop knowledge of API endpoints, integrations, and payments processing.
• Leverage data and AI tools to analyze usage and guide decisions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and promote AI productivity within the team.
