Job summary

Built Technologies in Nashville seeks a Senior Product Manager for Construction Financials to own the product strategy and roadmap, shaping features across owners and general contractors. You will lead customer discovery, rapidly test concepts, and partner with engineering and design to deliver impactful improvements that drive adoption and customer value.

This is a hands-on role with ownership from strategy through delivery, requiring solid PM experience and a track record of shipping

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in product management, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Experience building B2B software that simplifies complex customer workflows.
• Demonstrated experience leading customer discovery, testing product concepts, and translating feedback into product decisions.
• Experience partnering with sales and customer-facing teams to identify adoption barriers and prioritise improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and prioritized roadmap for Construction Financials, balancing owner and general contractor needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Build a deep understanding of how owners and general contractors manage construction financials through customer interviews and workflow research.
• Translate customer pain points into clear product opportunities and strengthen product-market fit.
• Rapidly test product concepts with customers using prototypes and focused experiments.
• Lead discovery, development, and launch within your area of ownership with post-launch iteration.
• Serve as a thought partner for engineering and design, making trade-off decisions and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Define and track adoption, engagement and business outcome metrics to guide roadmap decisions.
• Identify lender-side integration opportunities across Built’s platform.
• Partner with product marketing to support launches and communicate value to customers.
• Research market trends and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
• Align roadmap with broader platform strategy and communicate priorities clearly.
