Job summary

Pushpay seeks a Senior Product Manager to own outcomes across Donor Management, Church Management, Integrations, Apps, or Partnerships. You’ll work with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams, using AI tools to deliver roadmap outcomes and shape product packaging.

You’ll collaborate across time zones, manage features with Jira/Confluence, and mentor other Product Managers while supporting pricing decisions and market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS/product management experience in fintech or adjacent industries.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features within cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for your charter balancing customer value and tech feasibility.
• Drive discovery with customers and stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver features with quality and timely releases.
• Support product launches, GTM enablement, and adoption across teams.
• Develop pricing decisions and packaging for product tiers.
• Build knowledge of API endpoints, integrations, and payments processing.
• Leverage data/AI tools to analyze usage and inform decisions.
